For Ball Tickets:

Please include the number of tickets and the names of those attending.

For Sponsorships:

Please include the level of sponsorship, the names of the attendees, and the Journal Ad artwork or Ad copy.

For Journal Ads:

Please include Journal Ad original artwork in High Resolution PDF format (@300 DPI) (Journal is 8 ½ x 11) or Ad copy. Journal Ads can also be sent electronically to FSADS@Brandedvs.com
